Our trailer jets are equipped with ¾” hose and operate at 35GPM @2500PSI which are ideal for periodic cleanings of pipe sizes up to 10” and lengths to 1000’.These units are typically used as emergency response to our small municipalities with backups. Our crews can typically clean 3000+ feet of gravity sewer per shift with these machines!

Vactor's
Our Vactors are 2100 series units equipped with 1” hose and operate at 80GPM @ 2500PSI. These units are capable of jetting and vacuuming of materials at the same time. We are also able to run some specialized equipment from these machines such as our Lumberjack root cutter, Warthog spinning nozles, and hydro excavation heads. We have (3) available.

Tanker Trucks / We have 1500 gallon and 5000 gallon tankers to supply our high velocity sewer cleaning equipment. This maximizes working time and allows for more cleaning per shift. All tankers are equipped with an air gap fill as well as portable pumps. Our tankers are also equipped with deck mounted wash down guns for washing areas such as clarifiers, lagoons, ECT. Flows from 0-900GPM at 0-150+ PSI.

Easement machine / Remote Access Pipeline Cleaning
Our “Trachorse” easement machine allows for remote access pipeline cleaning without the disruption of bringing a large machine out to the manhole or outlet. Mounted on rubber tracks and self propelled maneuvering this machine to a remote manhole such as an interceptor is easily accomplished. Reel can be mounted with ¾” , 1” or 1¼" hose depending on the pipeline to be cleaned.

Interceptor Cleaning Our teams experience in gravity sewer interceptors runs deep. Cleaning and inspections of pipe sizes from 18"-54" are done in a way to minimize the impact to remote areas where many interceptors are located.
Pipeline Plugging and Flow Isolation equipment is available from pipe sizes of 4" up to 48". Our by-pass pumping equipment is capable of by-passing live sewer flows of 20MGD +.
Outfall Cleaning Our team has a "we can do it" attitude when it comes to challenging storm water or sanitary sewer outfalls. We will design a program around "your" system to minimize environmental impact as well as cost. We have successfully cleaned outfall pipes that were considered lost or abandoned in sizes ranging from 12"-42" and in lengths from 1500' to 2500' +. Our close working relationships with our subcontractors which include deep sea divers and other specialty contractors allow us to offer "turn key" service for all your outfall Cleaning, Inspection and Maintenance needs.
